We provide a platform to promote publications and communications on establishing new roots in Canada by recent and not-so-recent newcomers.
The publications can be books on journeys to Canada or on homelands left by newcomers. The communications can be in the form of blogs, short stories, newsletters, comments.
I have been fortunate to see Saskatoon through many lenses, helping me to see Saskatoon’s welcoming faces. For this to happen, one needs to go beyond the zones of comfort. This can be mediated by those whose roots here already established. Once this synergy between the old and the new is ongoing, perimeters of the comfort zone would expand and more can be helped to aspire in building roots.
The platform administrator reserves the right to review all communications and decide not placing on the platform any communication that may be considered offensive to specific individuals or groups or reflect hate towards specific religious, national or cultural groups.
